It seems that versions 5.92 and 6.92 of CMU's official Mach port to the Macintosh have finally surfaced, including sources.

From a cursory look inside, the necessary control panel to boot seems to be located in /usr/src/boot/Mac2 in Mach.Hqx. I'm not near any compatible Macs right now, but it'd be awesome to see someone try this out!
