I totally understand. I could ship it, what part of Canada are you around i fly to Canada a few times here and there so could pick it up at a later time. Would love to see what this does.

Try that first, if not I think I have a spare chassis laying around.

I'll bet the edge connector has dirt or debris in it I know it may sound crazy but blow it out carefully. I had a similar issue on my Color Classic and this solved my issue. Also inspect the edge connector for any damage to the pins.

Can you take a photo front and back of the card?

Middle row towards left side I see two bridged pins. Make sure you check for breaks.
