For those who have done this repair...does anyone want to do one for me? I have an iBook G3 (clamshell) developing this and would love to have someone give me a hand with it!!

Oh man, sounds like I have a piece of work on my hands here. Any hints on the hard drives? Weren't they proprietary too?

I suspect this is capacitor related due to the smell, and I think it's coming from the power adapter and not the computer, but I have a Toshiba T1200 that no longer powers on at all. Has anyone had any luck restoring these?

(also, since I don't post much here, this is Scott Baret...you may know me from some of the other forums or Facebook groups).

Curious to see if anyone on here would be interested in a swap meet near the Pittsburgh area. If I could find a good venue, I could also have the traveling lab on display for the event...

The oldest I have is a 2011 Honda Civic, but I'm hoping to get a few other older Honda/Acura cars down the line. A 2001 Prelude is a possibility. Daily driver is a 20 ILX, love that car.
