Non ADB mouse ball & lock

Hello,

I received an original non-adb mouse and keyboard and the mouse is missing both the ball and the little plastic bit that holds it in place (thingy).

I have a 3D printer and I know enough CAD to be dangerous but I can't for the life of me figure out how the damn thing works just by looking at the inside of the mouse. I also can't find a single image of one online.

Does anyone on here happen to have a non ADB (rectangular) mouse they could pop that thingy out of and snap some pics? Front, back, left, right would suffice.

I would be eternally grateful, I've been at this for quite some time now

Thank you so so so much!! Ill put the stl up on here when its done in case anyone finds themselves in a similar position in the future.
