How do I use a third-party camera with my Amscope microscope?

I have an AmScope trinocular microscope (SM-4NTP) and I want to add a camera to it.

I know a lot of folks here use the AmScope HC-210 but it seems to be out of stock pretty much everywhere.

Instead I ordered this Eakins camera from AliExpress but I’m having difficulty using it with my microscope. The microscope user guide doesn’t give much direction on the use of a camera.

The microscope came with this photo adapter, but it didn’t seem to fit my camera. I eventually figured out that I needed a C-mount adapter, so I ordered this adapter off Amazon.

So now the camera fits but I’m struggling to get the right magnification and focus.

(I’m going to try to explain the problem but please excuse my incorrect terminology – this is the first microscope I’ve owned)

It seems like the camera is way too “zoomed in”. I can only get a clear picture when the subject is about 2 inches from the lens. Obviously that’s not going to work for circuit board work. When I do get a clear picture, I’m only seeing a very small area on the circuit board - much smaller than the field of view of the binoculars.

What do I need to do so that the field of view and magnification of the binoculars is as close as possible to that of the camera?

Is there some adjustment I can make with the microscope itself?
Do I need another lens? I’ve seen some alternative C-mount adapters that appear to have optics built into them.
Maybe I bought the wrong camera? I’m happy with the image quality. I just need it to match with what the binoculars see.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I actually hadn't noticed all the other "bundles" on that AliExpress product page. I probably wanted one that bundled a lens, but I have no idea which one I would have needed.
