What is is tiny ciruit board

Took apart a PowerBook 5300 and after reassembly I found this on the table. The laptop appears to be working so I have no idea if this came out of it or fell off something else I had been working on. Any ideas?
It has no traces coming out of it. Just two switches and a cable plug in for it.
I am at a loss here hoping someone might recognize this lost piece.

Oh that makes sense. Thank you so much. Not sure how it attaches. did I accidentally break it off of something? I will open the PowerBook tomorrow and get a good look. I have the service manual too. Probably will never use but I do like to get them back to full working order.

OK. Just checked the manual and now I get it. Yeah that was real easy to miss. I removed the logic board to fix the loose power plug. Did not even notice that part. Thanks again @Garrett
