With the 2026 PowerPC challenge having already started a few weeks ago, I feel like it might be a bit to late for me to join in. However, I still want to maintain my PowerMac G4, and although not a big deal, it is quite annoying that every time I open the side door, the latch makes a horrible creaking noise. I brilliantly decided to put a little bit of WD40 on the contact points between the lever and the latch, and that only made it worse! I just wanted to know how many other people have this problem, and if it can be fixed.
