Looking for a IIE Platinum Keyboard ROM, or someone to flash one.

I have been working on my IIe Platinum for a bit now. It was pretty bad when I got it and several of the IC's had damaged legs on the socketed ICs.
I have replaced the CPU, the CF ROM, the keyboard encoder with a JCM and everything is going good, but the Keyboard ROM is bad.
So, it boots up, it gets correct inputs from the keyboard, all the signals make it to the encoder just fine, but the Keyboard ROM is bad and sends the wrong thing to the CPU.
I have ordered a new EPROM, but my programmer is the wrong kind and will program a 2716. I can't justify $100+ for a programmer and the adapters for the few EPROMs I will need to flash in the next 10 years.
I did order a PCB for a programmer that uses the Arduino Mega, but I am waiting for it to arrive and then I have to build it.
So, what I am asking for, is if anyone has a keyboard ROM for a IIe, or if anyone is willing to flash my new EPROM with the right file? I am willing to pay. I have some other projects that are all waiting on getting my IIe working.

Thank you, I forgot to add that.
I am in Washington State, Yakima area.
I have my bare EPROM programmer board in hand as well s the 2716 EPROM. I went to Amazon to order an Arduino Mega, and the site is down. Can't place an order. Maybe in an hour or so it will be back. I will start building the programmer and see what I don't have to finish it.
