Ok answering myself. Chequed the schematics and it'son the -12v rail... probably I checked with a tester GND coincidence when soldering and mssplaced it myself.. hope this was for learning

Hi, can anyone confirm de correct position of C31? . I did a recap and it blows of at the first start... checking the board the + is marked over the GND track. That wouldexplain my mistake but the picture posted by the OP shows it soldered tha way.. in my pictureyou can see through the track...
