Just checked, Missing 1-7 and the peripherals guide so safe to say these should be preserved. You're right 1 and 2 are already there but those are for the Macintosh family and much newer these are older and this information isn't there.

I mean you did a good job cleaning it, I wouldn't say it's a total loss as most traces look intact but you will need to probably replace that cache slot and clean up some pins. Try using Naval Jelly to eat that corrosion on a few pins (careful don't leave it too long and wish it off).
This was part of what was used on the mini pro GUI I'm able to install and set everything up but get super confused with reading and writing chips, it recognizes my mini pro just fine.
