WarpSE: 25 MHz 68HC000-based accelerator for Mac SE

Is there a photo available? Not that I am capable of decoding it, I'm just curious to see.

WarpSE: 25 MHz 68HC000-based accelerator for Mac SE

I look forward to your and Garrett's forthcoming "Warp-Plus"! :D (Maybe with a DIP-switch option to run at just 16MHz?)

WarpSE: 25 MHz 68HC000-based accelerator for Mac SE

I would love a Brainstorm Accelerator for my Plus because of that bus accelerator.

    Macintosh 128k w/ 4MB & SCSI expansion - flaky

Fortunately there's someone currently on ebay selling them for a reasonable price, just ordered one for myself, though I haven't installed it yet.

    Macintosh 128k w/ 4MB & SCSI expansion - flaky

It appears to be an 8Mhz 68HC000, which, from what I've read, is more power-efficient, but not any faster.

    Macintosh II with ROM-SIMM

That was my fear... EDIT: Maybe SiliconInsider (Antoine) can open one up and take a peak... EDIT2: Or maybe not! Looks like it's already been done: https://siliconpr0n.org/map/apple/344s0061-a/single/apple_344s0061-a_mz_mit20x.jpg

    SuperDrive (floppy) maintenance

How do these drives get out of alignment in the first place? Mechanical damage? Or just drifting over time?

    Macintosh II with ROM-SIMM

My Mac II has a SWIM chip installed, and updated ROMs (the "FDHD" upgrade). I have a TL866II (though I've yet to actually use it for anything). Assuming I got the correct EPROM adapter for the SWIM PLCC, would that be something that could be dumped?

    Macintosh LC III - FPU

Like so! As you can see, there is a notch in the corner of the PLCC socket, as well as on the chip, which should be aligned for insertion.

Massive Vintage Apple Haul in Idaho

May have caught that IIsi in the nick of time for it to be saved. Will obviously need new crystal cans, and those QFPs may need replacing looking at some of those legs, but looks doable at a glance...

Macintosh II & IIx replacement battery holders

Thought I would jump in to confirm that Bruce's battery holder for the Mac II works perfectly. I've attached some pictures from my machine. :)
