    check the voltages from the power supply, a Macintosh will not boot up if it's below 4.9x volts

    does the same have to be done with 7.6 and 7.6.1? I know some hacking has to be done for OS 8 and 8.1 to boot, but what about the two other versions of system 7?

    That's why I don't use routers provided by the ISP, my Netgear Orbi router works fine with old and new stuff, wired or wireless, with IPv6 enabled, for hours on end

    I think there is a sub-brightness on the analog board, you can find it on a panel near the power switch. Just make sure you use all plastic tools to adjust it, as there are some adjustments that use a metal slug that goes through an inductor, and metal tools would screw that all up
