Most common issues with these are PSU and analog board related. The flyback transformer is a common failure in all revisions as far as I know, and bad caps on both boards are known to happen as well.

Took me a while but I found the video I was looking for: Original Blueberry board, proven to work. The guy in this video added a few bodge wires - I’m assuming this is because he didn’t type in the open firmware commands needed to enable XGA? Did he just hard wire it instead due to not knowing...

I've never heard of any panels in those computers that aren't compatible - to my knowledge, many LCDs started using a standard connector around that time. As for the resolution change, I'm not sure.

The big issue with comment link stuff is that they just can’t make everyone happy… People complained for years about the comment bots that promote scams in every big youtuber’s comment section, calling on YouTube to get better filtering that catches them, then others complain that it’s too...

If someone has not put any info there, there's a solid chance that they simply don't want to be contacted. I don't have any email set for my channel in that way for that specific reason, it opens me up to a bunch of spam and other garbage.

These are also starting to get ready for a recap nowadays - I still need to do so to mine. If you want more consistent contrast behavior, that may be what you have to do at this point.
