AppleColor RGB Monitor height adjustment tool

Sure, happy to share it with you. Little disclaimer: I never had the original stand and nobody ever shared measurements or detailed photos of it with me. So I made it as good as I could from the few pictures I found. It does the job but it is not identical to the original. A closer copy of...

NeXT N4006 Trinitron MegaPixel Display Repair

I recently got a NeXT Trinitron monitor. It switches on and stays on (green light). But no picture. I have a few color stations, but unfortunately only one Soundbox (which might be the problem, maybe?). Got no other NeXT Color monitor which I could test. Probably a recap needed for the...

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

Haha, yes. I never opened one of these iBooks personally. Just a few Titanium and Aluminum PowerBooks. What I had to do is crack open the SSD enclosure as the whole SSD would never fit into the case when used with the IDE converter. But that was no problem after initial hesitation. The actual...

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

Then you should go for the cleaner internal solution. Please share your experience if the reception is good and have a lot of fun with your 'new' Mac Plus. Such a nice machine!

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

WiFi reception will be better outside the case. From my experience the external BlueSCSI is more practical, especially if you have more than one Mac. On the other hand it is cleaner to have it internal and if you make the SD card slot available externally one bigger downside dissolves (having to...

    IIsi Power Supply unknown part

Yes, I recapped the board. Measured everything out and found good continuity. Some caps I used (near the audio area) are tantalums others are the red cylindrical ones by Würth. Thanks for the hint to check the new caps for bridging something. I will definitely do that. The diagnostic mode...

Thank you so much! I just reinstalled the part and system powers up. Even a chime is coming. But sad Mac crash sound right after it and no video - any ideas? PSU seems to be ok though

    IIsi Power Supply unknown part

Continuity is there. It has a line on one side and a dot on the board. These should align, i think?

    IIsi Power Supply unknown part

Hi all, I just received a IIsi with a massively leaky power supply. Got it more or less cleaned up and all caps desoldered. Unfortunately a part got destroyed which I cannot identify, Can someone help me where to get a replacement? Thank you so much!

BlueSCSI v2 Pico - Low cost, open hardware, fast SCSI device!

Reminds me of the time when I was still using SanDisk SD Cards. I regularly lost my images with several of them. What make of SD Card are you using? Have you tried another one?
