    Or if it's been so long since you've used C, you keep mixing up * and &. I never learned it properly the first time (my C is all self-taught), and this chapter is the first time anyone explained *why* handles are a thing, so these types of explainers are appreciated. :)

    Using my SE/30, currently with "only" 16MB RAM (I took a second 16MB out because I'm planning to get a 64MB set soon), and System 7.5.5.

    This is a cool idea! I've never tried to do any programming on my Macs, but the combination of coming across handouts and notes from some old Amiga programming classes the other day and seeing this here now, I think I want to give this a try using the SE/30 at my desk. :)
