    Yet another dead(?) Power Mac 9600/300

    For what it's worth, my Tsunami 9600 always needed a "running start" no matter what media I used. Had to Power On > Chime > Power Off > Power On again and it would come up correctly.

    I don't see why not. All of the basic hardware requirements are present on the card, unless there's some low-level things that are absent.

    I've tried a few more times since my last post. Each hanging around the same time towards the end of install. I'll try another 95 disk in the next week.
