So I jut got done installing SCSI Director on my SE running O.S. 7.1 off of it's original 20Mb drive. So far i just did a simple test: get SCSI director up and running. And, it appears to run well, instantly seeing the multitude of SCSI devices that I have currently attached to this machine...

@phipli And a superdrive? Yes! I had both a super-drive and an 800k drive hooked up. The 800k drive was inside the mac and hooked to the front port; the 1.44Mb drive was hooked to the back port and hanging out on my desk. Additionally, here is a shot of my floppy chip:

Hello All, I did a quick video of my machine booting up, and tried to explain some of the things that I have done/seen and the equipment that I've been using. I had to break it up into two parts to get it to fit here! In this video, it is starting up with the .6f firmware.

Also, I guess I should re-iterate that I am using stock Macintosh boards with the accelerator; I do not have any re-loaded boards. I now have both an original 800k and 1.44Mb Superdrive board available for testing purposes.

Soooo......I installed firmware .6b onto my WarpSE accelerator and then fired up the machine with, once again, the caddy-loading CD-ROM (Apple CD300) and an 100Mb Iomega SCSI drive attached to the external SCSI port, and the machine fired right up! I also did a test similar to what @JDW did...
