Yeah, that makes sense. The silly drive bezel is the #1 thing I'm most concerned about with this retrofit! I'll try to remember to post some updates after I get the new drive in.- Beorn

This is awesome. I just picked up a Rev A iMac in remarkably good condition and am planning to do some maintenance/upgrades on it. First up is the CD drive, as I just keep getting "This disk is unreadable by this Computer" errors, no matter what disc I pop in there. Hoping that I have the same...- Beorn
