I mostly collect Apple and directly adjacent things (NeXT, Radius, etc.), but my first computer was a Packard Bell desktop. It was a 486SX 33... probably some form of Legend from 1993-94ish but I don't recall the details. It had the Frog Design case with gray Memphis style squiggles. It was paired with a matching 14-15" CRT.
A while back @mtgmackid found a lovely example of one for me at a local ewaste place. It was a newer 'Force' Pentium model, but has the same enclosure. It was a lot of fun reconnecting with something very close to my first computer.
Today he came through with a perfect display to pair with it. This is a 17" model 3020 with integrated speakers. The Frog Design motif is really cool looking at it from above. I can't find much info about this model online. If you have an owners/service manual or other info about it, please share. All I know is it would have been rad to have a 17" display at the time.
The monitor is in great cosmetic shave with minimal yellowing. The only bummer is that ewaste cut the VGA and speaker cables on it. I've never rebuilt a VGA tail, but that should be a fun project.
