During monitoring of our email queues, we found a small number of messages that had not been delivered, primarily for registration confirmation emails. Attempting re-sends manually did not work.
Looking deeper, it appears the issue was due to different destination mail hosts not accepting messages from our NameCheap email provider for various reasons.
To address this issue, we are completing a change to Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). After this change we did a manual resend on the queued messages and so far we have not seen any bounces.
Our admin staff will continue to monitor and address the situation as necessary.

Update - we are seeing users from these emails confirming registrations, so it appears that delivery issues are resolved for now.
