I had two horizontal black lines in the middle of the screen.
I decided to reflow the pins on both middle horizontal driver chips and, one of the lines has moved.
So, I desoldered both of them, cleaned everything up nicely and soldered with new solder. Great success.
Also, I have discovered Toshiba T1000 displays use the same vertical drivers, still looking for a source of horizontal ones though.
