Help identify the NuBus network card

Hi,
I got such a NuBus network card, installed in the Power Macintosh 8100/80. System Profiler cannot determine that it is a network card. Most likely, you need a driver.
Who will be able to determine something by appearance and "Card ID: 1531" so that you can find the driver.

The cut corner PCB made me think of the MacSense E-440 NuBus Ethernet card

I installed the driver, the card seems to have been determined, but maybe this driver is not suitable for Mac OS 8.6 or 9.1, which is now available.
I'll check it again on SSW 7.1.2, 7..5.5, Mac OS 7.6.1

I found a similar card on eBay, but it's in a closed box. It looks more like the one he showed @Fizzbinn.

Maybe this board needs firmware to work in PowerMac. I don't have a 68k Mac, so I can't check it out.
