IDE CD-ROM Emulator

I wonder if it would be possible to modify a RaSCSI to operate as an IDE/ATAPI drive. Having that with a display and a jog wheel for easy image selection. Could possibly design companion software so you could have it go to the next image for multi disc software with hot keys. The only quirk I supposed would be CD audio out.

I don't think the RaSCSI would be able to act as an IDE drive, because it is a SCSI device. It can function as a SCSI CD drive though: https://github.com/akuker/RASCSI/wiki/Drive-Setup

I don't know whether or not CD audio out is supported by RaSCSI, but I do know that the MacSD is particularly capable for CD-related SCSI tasks (including CD audio): https://www.tindie.com/products/ymkdevices/macsd/
