I am looking to replace the onboard RAM of my IIsi, I believe some of the chips may be failing. I found some chips on eBay that I think will work, but I'm hoping someone with more knowledge can confirm. My IIsi currently has OKI M514256A-80J chips, the ones I found are Fujitsu MB81C4256A-70PJ. Datasheets hyperlinked. Comparing the datasheets, they appear to have the same specs, though there may be important subtleties I'm not aware of.
