I don't know if anyone has a solution to my problem but here it goes.
I have a mac quadra 950 which I'm running on VGA output. I can get 640x480 & 800x600 great, very clear & millions of colours, but I thought I'd try 1024x768 using thousands of colours. It works, kind of. I tried on a VGA capable tv and a HDMI tv with a 'Vention' powered VGA to HDMI adapter. I also tried on an LG HDMI capable monitor. All the same results. The 1024x768 image was green tinted, ran @ 75Hz, screen was slightly off-centred and the screen OSD said 1280x768 75Hz. I've read about some mac monitors using sync on green, could that be my problem? If so, how can I fix this? Any assistance would be great. I even bought from 'BMOW' a Mac Sync-inator VGA adapter, but it didn't change anything.
