Made this pie with the kiddos this morning for breakfast and it was tasty.

5 eggs scrambled
Whatever ingredient you want
Pizza dough formula made with AP.
Mix eggs, toppings, and some mornay. Make pizza dough and sauce with remaining mornay. Add egg mixture and top with cheese of choice. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.
Family is runny-egg averse, so this scrambled rendition is kid tested and approved & delicious. This was done in cast iron but a regular pizza stone or pan would work fine.
