Mystic Mod - Greed for Power Edition

With an adapter, I could put a 68060 in my Mystic (non-destructive mod). Watching someone on YouTube do something similar to a Macintosh TV.

Am I being cuckoo bananas? Please elaborate, this is a short answer question.

It has been discussed before.

The 060 isn't a drop-in replacement for the 040.

They're not fully code compatible.

Yeah, it seems even with a socket adaptor it just doesn't work. Something something instruction sets something.

If I am understanding things correctly, anything post-040 wouldn't do anything for any Apple 68xxx architecture.

Am I understanding correctly?
