Been dreaming of this one for years, got a low shuttercount, mint body from Amazon Renewed.

Straight flippy screen is the key feature added to baseline requirements of full frame sensor and compatibility with my extensive prime lens collection for my early production Nikon F collection.

This is the kicker:

Copy stand perfection! I've taken some awesome macro shots using the 90mm Elmarit reversed on its lens hood taped to my bellows. That's from the full set of primes I've collected for the early sixties Leica M3 my daddy bought me for HS Graduation, my first camera.

He died about 18 months ago, leaving me his last camera, a Lumix with an incredible zoom ratio stretching from the 20mm wide I carry in my F bag out to 1200mm, six times that of the 200/f4 Nikkor that brought me from the Rangefinder world into the Nikon F fold.

He left me the money to buy what's probably my last camera. I'll likely never buy an autofocus lens for it as his Lumix appears to be the perfect knock around DSLR for my use case.

Next step, flat field Nikkor Enlarger lens for PCB documentation playtime.

New to DSLRs, can an HDMI monitor be used as a viewfinder in order to do a microscope setup on the copystand for board rework?
