Internet Archive states that pages 71-102 were missing from the original copy of the manual. Can this be confirmed? I was making good progress going through the tutorials and am discouraged to have run into this. Thanks.

thanks for the link. I originally started with Macintosh Programming Primer but found some gaps (or assumptions of the knowledge of the reader) in the explanations of THINK Pascal workflow, so went to the Think Pascal 4.0 User Manual, which does an excellent job of walking beginners through the whole process(es). Between these books and others, like at the link you provided, I should be ok. Would still like to get those missing pages...if they exist. ;-)

I have a physical copy of the manual, but I don't have any way of actually scanning it. Pages 71-102 cover the last page of the desk accessory tutorial, how to use the text editor and settings, and the start of the Project window. I think most of that you could figure out by referencing the Think C manual.

thanks for confirming the pages exist, the high level outline and the Think C idea. Pretty cool that u have the manual. From back in the day or more recently acquired?

Anyone with access to Microsoft Office Lens (a phone app) and a bit of patience can scan imperfectly aligned books and force the app to auto-realign the result and export to PDF. The length lies in powering through the inevitable errors that seldom happen.

thanks for the suggestion. no pressure, no guilting, but if the missing pages are provided I'll take ownership of learning how to un-distort and integrate these pages into the rest of the manual and will upload to the community (macintoshgarden, etc.) Again, no pressure. people are busy and I am grateful for the insight that I have already received.

Office Lens straightens the pages right after taking pictures with it.
I use the free PDFGear on my PC to assemble images and/or merge PDFs.
