I recently got a Koala MacVision from a ewaste haul (the first model). However, the cord on it has been cut. So far I’ve taken it apart and traced out the connections to the board, but I don’t exactly know how it would all be hooked up. Does anyone here have a MacVision they can get a pinout from? It should either be a DE-9 or a DIN-8, with a power supply in the middle (from what I can see).
My current pinout is:
Black goes to 1Z on a MC3487P
White goes to 1Y of the same MC3487P as black
Blue has a backwards polarized and non-polarized cap going to the power line of a 74C161N, or a diode chain that goes to a power pin on the ICL7660 (probably power?)
Green goes through a resistor then to Color Out on the LM311P
Orange goes to ground(?)
red has a backwards polarized cap that goes to ground (I.E, cap is positive on red and negative on ground)
brown is also ground(?)
I know the Mac RS422 port does not provide power, so that means an extra DC hookup will have to be added. (5V?)
