I was recently repairing a backlit portable that does not have a hybrid board. In that area however was RP201 which had multiple rotten legs due to capacitor leakage nearby. Unfortunately, that SOIC resistor pack is custom to Apple, so there's no direct replacement. In my case, grinding back the package to solder bodges wasn't working out.
I found this SOIC to DIP adapter on Mouser that managed to do the trick. It's the 'wide' version which is wider than the pads, but the normal version is narrower than the pads. It was a little bit of a pain, but I was able to make it work. Most importantly the Portable booted okay afterwards!
The needed resistor values are:
R1 430k
R2 360k
R3 1.37k
R4 845k
R5 320k
R6 100k
R7 100k
R8 100k
It'd probably be nicer to make a bespoke part with SMD resistors, but this is a good off-the-shelf solution.
