Hi,

I purchased a Mac SE 5011 as I needed to replace the floppy drive in my Mac SE/30.
I'm trying to figure out if this Mac SE can be restored.
The motherboard (820-0250) is in a fairly bad state since the battery leaked. I removed it and cleaned the board. It seems to be ok now overall.
When I switch the Mac on, I get a strange horizontal line on the screen, see photo.

I removed the analog board. It's a 820-0206-B model, see photos. Some solderings at the back are dark (looks links something burnt).

I looked at the The_Dead_Mac_Scroll book but I'm not sure I understand the suggested solution : " Check/resolder pin 1 (bottom, vertical yoke) of the j1 connector, pin 5 of the ]4 connector, and check/resolder C5 (47)j, 10V). Also see the next entry."
Should I resolder the P1 and P4 connectors' pin and replace C5 ?

Is there a list of links to find the compatible capacitors e.g for C5?

Any suggestion on what to do ?

thanks.
