Production environment
-Since the VRAM chip is a recycled product, the height of the foot varies slightly, so all are hand-soldered without using reflow.
-A craftsman who has used a soldering iron for 30 years has worked for all products.
- We will ship products that have passed the test with LC475 overclocked to 50Mhz. * Depending on the usage environment, we may not be able to promise 50MHz. Especially, recap using OS-CON is necessary.
-It is finished by ultrasonic cleaning using IPA cleaning and PMA cleaner.
