Got home to find my beloved A1104 in a puddle of water with the fan cycling on and off.
The last time something like this happened was my iPhone 4 being drenched in a storm. I was able to revive it and use it for as long as I wanted afterwards... years!
I'm hoping a similar approach will work here, too. I removed the battery. Going to disassemble it tmr; rubbing alcohol it to shit. I expect the optical drive will be shot, maybe the fan as well, but hoping the rest of the equipment should be recoverable based on my experience with my iPhone.
Other than disassemble, clean, reassemble... is there anything else you guys recommend?
