ImageWriter II Not Printing Properly

During MARCHintosh, I found an ImageWriter II locally. I've gone through the standard maintenance stuff, but I cannot get it to print to paper. Everything is moving correctly, but nothing is coming out on the paper.

At one point, I removed the paper guide and ran the self test. The self test seemed to just print the bottom of the characters. (See attached picture). Also at some point when I was cleaning / lubing it, I forgot to put the ribbon back in. With the head slightly damp from alcohol, when I ran the self test, I could actually see the characters being printed, just smudged because it alcohol dampening the paper. That's all since evaporated, so no picture for that.

Any ideas on what's wrong? It seems like something isn't aligned properly, but I cannot figure out what.

seems like some of the print head pins are jammed, I know my print heads on my Imagewriter are fine, but i suggest soaking it in isopropyl alcohol to clean the gunk out of it

I actually just fixed it last night. I came across the full Service Source manual, not the technical procedures one, and found the Ribbon Cam & Adjustments sections.

I took it all apart and put it back together. I realized the knurled nut was way too far down. I moved it up a lot and now it's printing perfectly.
