Coming after this post, I wonder if we could have in “Resources” a section to post documents and books of general interest (service manuals, user guides…).

I tried to upload a doc, but I can't as it seems the document size is limited. My docs is less than 4MB big and it's not accepted.

Got it — that's not tangential to Resources settings so I'm going to page @fogWraith so I don't dig around and make detrimental changes

Thanks, it works now.

It took me a bit to figure out how it works... uploading the file is straightforward, but download is a bit unclear, as it seems you have to click on "History" to get the Download button

Edit: Nope... theres a big Download button in the overview page... it's just that it's not so evidently linked to the resource details, but it is in the top right corner.

@Branchus / @fogWraith - the download button that's in the documents section, is there a way of shifting this to make it more obvious? It's there, hanging above the post on the top right of the document to download, it's not immediately obvious it's for that purpose.

1. Create resource and upload document
2. Fill in the mandatory information including cover picture
3. Save resource
4. Open resource and copy download link
5. Then make the cover image into a link by encapsulating it in [ url=link to document]image[ /url]

There's an option under filtering to sort by Title (ascending).

In this case, I'd say it's better to use the filter than to change the default sorting; I suspect most people would want to see newest first (default). Also, I didn't see an option to change the sorting for resources directories.
