My Quadra 700 VRAM was fully upgraded now :)

Thanks for the quick check @eric I really appreciate it :) My test on SCSI director showed, that it seems to operate at around the maximum possible speed the SCSI bus in the Quadra can do. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Just did an update of my BlueSCSI v2 in my Quadra 700 to v2025.07.07 Sadly Speedometer 3.23 disk rating went down from 2.28 to 1.95 Is there something I have to do to get a better performance again or is this speed reduction within expectations?

Hi all, I just got my first Quadra 700. It has no VRAM Simms installed so probably defaulting to 512k(?) VRAM. I want to extend that to get true color on my 13" RGB Monitor. Would it work to install just 2x256k VRAM Simms? Do they even have to be installed in pairs? Or should I go full throttle...
