The great LCD in a Color Classic thread. Well, I wish...

Honestly I have three color classics (CC1, CC2, and a Performa 275) so I am more than happy to leave two of them "pure" with CRTs and analog boards and then upgrade my mystic with this kit. I feel like I'll get more use out of my mystic if I'm not worrying about all the super hot components on...

Looking for a UH7 and UB10 replacement for Mac SE30

Wondered about that; seems like programmers are very hit and miss for how well they work based on the research I've done previously though the T48 claims that this chip is compatible to be programmed. May I ask how much the Dataman 48Pro+ was? A quick google is suggesting between 800 and 1200...

Looking for a UH7 and UB10 replacement for Mac SE30

Could do for now, would still want replacements longer term but this would let me get the board sound sorted at least.

Looking for a UH7 and UB10 replacement for Mac SE30

One like this? https://www.mouser.ca/ProductDetail/Microchip-Technology/ATF16V8CZ-15JU?qs=sGAEpiMZZMutXGli8Ay4kLDnkZBmoUQEbP9Clm%252BdMSM%3D Assuming this is also compatible with an XGecu T48 programmer.

Looking for a UH7 and UB10 replacement for Mac SE30

Hey Folks, I've been reloading some more SE30 boards and have finally come across a board with some bad chips. I'm on the hunt for a UH7 replacement and found the files to program a replacment using a GAL16V8. Just wondering if anyone has tried programming with this chip from digikey...

Apple 23" ADC Cinema Display Hinge and Kickstand Replacement

My brother in law helped me build a replacement for the 15" display, I've been thinking about doing up the others as well so that people can have them 3d printed in aluminium or steel just haven't had the time to modify the file. If anyone wants to take on the challenge our original 3d model...

Ram 30-pin SIMM socket where to buy?

I notice that in the spreesheet the cpu crystal is listed as "16.9344MHz, seemingly not available" I have seen through hole oscillators in this frequency available for sale do we know what ppm it requires? Mouser seems to offer between 10 and 150 ppm Hmm reading the schematic now I see it says...

Color Classic with grey screen and horizontal lines

Hey Folks, I've got a sad Color Classic that powers on then displays this screen (screenshot below) and does not chime. Please Note: This is a known working chassis boots my ccii just fine. The only hint I've found online seems to suggest that either the upper or lower rom is bad but I've...

Anyone have experience with the ATTiny RTC Module?

Well the good news is this was a battery bombed board so there is no PRAM battery (or even battery holder at this point lol). I definitely had the chip in the right orientation but any time it's inserted I get no SCSI. Replace it with a real chip and I have SCSI again. Guess I'll need to...

Anyone have experience with the ATTiny RTC Module?

Well I left it in there because the only image I can find of a ATTiny installed on a SE/30 board still has the oscillator in place next to the RTC I could try removing it I guess.

Anyone have experience with the ATTiny RTC Module?

Well I put it in as it would seem to be indicated and it doesn't work :( If it's in the SE30 stops booting from SCSI If I put the real chip back in it boots from SCSI just fine. I know it doesn't need the oscillator to function but would leaving the oscillator in place stop the new replacement...
