    good to know they're not quiet. I've searched for other clear fans, but they are hard to find. and while all my other Macs (and the Kensington on the //e) get Noctua's, I found a nice white fan that should look good in the clear case. if it sounds horrible I can always swap it for a Noctua.

    like when i contacted MacEffects and enquired about the clear fan: "These were created from the molds used by a PC manufacturer who discontinued it and we are trying to determine if they still have the mold to produce more. As of now there's not solid date."
