Apple IIe floppy disk differences

Hi, is there a difference between floppy disk I and floppy disk II? Could the PC also work with floppy disk II?

there was no Disk I. Disk II and pc floppy drive are not compatible.

Hi, I'm using the translator and maybe I expressed myself poorly.

Do I only need drive 1 to install the programs?
Is it okay if I only have drive 2?

Those drives are identical, those are only labels to help you identify them to the computer. Much like early DOS machines had drive A: and B:.
