Try the newer Disk Copy 6.3.3. It will allow you to mount it, unlike Disk Copy 4.2. I think 6.3.3 will work under System 7.

Did not have any layer shift issues. Came out fairly smooth with the only major sanding required being on the end that was attached to the plate due to the brim. :) Went vertical with the print in order to have the layers going up/down on the clips for added strength.
