    Color Classic - Mystic Bezel

That looking slick! Water transfer paper is awesome stuff :) It's definitely the way to go if you want it to look like it came like that from the factory.

Performa/LC 630 Dos Compatible - Dos Card CPU Upgrade

The Performa/LC 630 Dos Compatible is probably my favorite 68K machine right now. It's pretty easy to upgrade to 128MB of RAM, uses inexpensive IDE hard drives and if your lucky can come with a DOS card. The DOS card in my Performa 630 came with a Cyrix CX486DX2-66 which is pretty good for old...

    Performa/LC 580 Overclock

The Apple Fool overclocking page is a great resource for clock chipping and overclocking but there's some missing info. The Performa/LC 580 is incorrectly marked as not being overclockable/upgradable. This is not true though since the board is identical to the Performa/LC 630 so the same...

    LC520 Overclock

Just thought it might be useful to also have a reference of the original source of the mod: https://web.archive.org/web/20160416050801/https://www.thinkclassic.org/viewtopic.php?id=600 The mod is very similar the the LC 630 / LC 580 mod. Makes you wonder if there's any other boards that might...

    Macintosh connector part numbers

Regarding the Quadra/LC PDS slot it's a little special. It's a 120 pin DIN 41612 connector with 2 columns missing making it effectively a 112 pin connector. I've never seen those for sale. This gentleman shows made his own though by splicing two connectors together...

    Macintosh connector part numbers

I've bought them from Aliexpress before. They're relatively inexpensive: Macintosh SE PDS Connector: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002338050204.html

    2.5" -> 3.5" SCSI adapter

Here's another 2.5" to 3.5" adapter that was created back in in the day: These came with 2.5" IDE to 2.5" SCSI adapters as well. The model is Winstation Systems 25HD-02: Was planning to use it in my LC 520 but then I found out the hard drive connector of the LC didn't fit in the adapter...

    1" Mac Mouse Ball Replacement

Can never have too many options :) Tried Flex Seal and it seems to provide a similar surface to Plasti Dip as well but the recommended dry time between coats is brutal at 24 - 48 hours! Plasti Dip is 10-30 minutes.

    1" Mac Mouse Ball Replacement

Just tried Plasti Dip and it looks like it will give a lot smoother finish than LeakSeal. Sorta expected that since LeakSeal isn't really meant as a coating.

    1" Mac Mouse Ball Replacement

You wouldn't happen to exact name of the product would you? I got some Plasti Dip and Flex Seal yesterday I'll try out. Gonna try out today to see what kind of finish they give.

    1" Mac Mouse Ball Replacement

I ran into the problem where I had an early Macintosh SE ADB mouse with no mouse ball. Ends up it uses the hard to find 1" mouse ball that 128, 512, Plus and early ADB mice used. So instead of paying the ridiculous price of $30 CAD to get a replacement off Ebay I look for alternatives and came...
