Are you using Transmit 1.6 or 1.7? Passive or Active connection?
The directory listings will take a substantial amount of time due to everything being placed directly inside the folders (Apps, Games, Manuals)
There's a variety of images, though I do not know which one was downloaded, so without knowing which image is potentially bad I can't remedy the issue.
There should also be no need to convert toast into iso, since they are essentially the same... often renaming from .toast to .iso does the trick
I used FileTyper to change the Type and Creator for MacEnvy21.cpt locally, then put it through Compact Pro 1.52, which worked great... so it's working as intended :)
The Type should be PACT and Creator should be CPCT
I reckon the issue is CSS when it comes to the aged Netscape browser, and Internet Explorer comes with a few quirks as well... as you say. If you start a download and click on say, the desktop to deactivate the IE window ... see if that boosts the download speed.
