If you run into Jeremy's Retro Bar today, be sure to congratulate him on being the owner of the WORLD'S FIRST "Darth Vader" iMac G3! Many thanks to Mark from @MacEffects for letting us test out this newly created black replacement bezel. It's AMAZING!

    LaserWriter IIg cap list?

I recently picked up a LaserWriter IIg that is missing some caps on its system board. I found a photo online of an intact board, but it's just not high enough resolution to get a full list. Does anyone have a cap list for this model? Thank you!

A new alternative for high quality video output on your compact Mac!

It's a device for people that would like to use their SE or SE/30 motherboard in an aftermarket case... or some manner of sleeper build using their old case, but possibly doing an LCD swap. Here's one such case... https://jcm-1.com/product/se-mini-desktop-case-for-macintosh-se-or-se-30/ ...but...

BLAZING. FAST. MAC. The Performer PDS 68030 Accelerator by MacEffects!

I'm pretty impressed with MacEffect new accelerator for the Macintosh SE. Clocks in at roughly the same speed as a Macintosh II... and shows actual speed improvements in programs (not just in artificial benchmarks). Plus, it looks amazing in my new SE-Mini! I made a short video showing off...

    Apple II Joystick Question...

On devices like the Paddle Adapple, that switch is just connecting/disconnecting 5V, right? NOTE: I know that there are adapters made by this company that let you have a "Player 1" and "Player 2" joystick, but this is not one of those models.

Didn’t read directions and appear to have corrupted my 6115CD’s HD by hot plugging BlueSCSI drive

Also, you REALLY need to change the name of this thread. It implies the BlueSCSI did something to your machine... when it's really "I didn't read the directions."

Didn’t read directions and appear to have corrupted my 6115CD’s HD by hot plugging BlueSCSI drive

To be so bold, what is actually on the drive (that doesn't exist in a backup) that would make paying thousands of dollars for data recovery look like the only option? If it's just "Because that's the software that has the machine booting," there are a dozen ways to recover from that. System...

    Choosier 1.01b2?

Does anyone happen to have a copy of Choosier version 1.01b2 archived off somewhere? Choosier is a Chooser replacement that makes it easier to navigate networks with multiple zones (like a GlobalTalk network). Read more about it here: https://websites.umich.edu/~rsug/choosier/
