    Atari 8 bits

I wonder if the keycaps would fit on a modern switch, then it would be relatively easy (loosely speaking) to design a better keyboard PCB for more of a tactile feel.

    Document repository?

@Branchus / @fogWraith - the download button that's in the documents section, is there a way of shifting this to make it more obvious? It's there, hanging above the post on the top right of the document to download, it's not immediately obvious it's for that purpose.

Amiga Square 5-pin DIN Power Adapter Replacement

So, most 'wedge' Amiga's use a wierd variant of the 5-pin DIN, in that it's SQUARE. These plugs, and sockets are wayyyyyy out of production and almost all new-old-stock stuff has been used up. This was originally flagged on the Retro Tinkering Discord, and reposted on our TinkerDifferent...

    Atari 8 bits

Always wanted an XE - i borrowed a 65XE when i was in school (it was already outdated then, in 1996), but it had a certain charm to it - i definitely dig the ST styling makeover they gave it.

    PowerBook power adapter compatibility?

I know that the PB180C and 165C use a 7.5A variant of the DC Power adapter, so a regular PB145/160/170 adapter will charge it slowly, but won't provide enough power to run it.

SE/30 gray screen with cursor post recap when SCSI drive attached

Sounds like a lot of patching needed, potentially rotten via's from leaky caps in the area?

    Doom 3 BFG Edition

The Mac community seems to get the bum end of the deal when it comes to AAA gaming - in some cases for good reason, Apple seems to make it as hard as possible to develop them on the platform by refusing to support industry standards, instead preferring to go it's own way. However, thanks to...

    Tomeviewer

in case this has been forgotten to the annals of time, Tomeviewer is useful to be able to poke around inside and extract files from Apple installation tomes. Luckily, some enterprising sod has put this up on Macintosh Garden: https://macintoshgarden.org/apps/tomeviewer

If you ever had issues trying to get a 3rd Party CD drive to work in your Mac - this will be some required reading. Thanks to Anthony Saxton, the author of ClipDragon, it's now posible to have a single modified driver work with both Apple CD drives, and any other SCSI CD ROM drive. The...
