Yes you could but if you're talking about standard ZIF modules from a B&W, DV warehouse has 400 MHz ZIF G4's in stock for cheap.

I literally found these in my parts bin - ideal for upgrading G3 machines, or for 1st gen G4's. These are 500 MHz parts. I honestly don't remember why, or when, I bought them! Anyone want their iMac DV upgraded? 😛
