all my clear parts from PCBWAY say 4-6 days, so no time savings there. the non-clear parts (ABS, PLA) all say 2-3 days.

i'll also note that i'm NOT replacing the not-so-clear PETG (Pg 1 pic) LCD frame and bezel with transparent resin. i'm keeping them as they'll hide the metal frame of the LCD panel.

i can just take what i get from PCBWAY and if it doesn't, or can't be made to work, i'll report it here and then just get one from you.

thanks for the insight. cap kit already ordered. :) I've dealt with the seller before, I believe he just looked at the case when he bought it (he's a local reseller) and thought it was a 128. I don't think any deception was intended. so I don't know if this is fortuitous, or just dumb luck...

I just bought another (what was advertised as) 128k Mac. it's got a good chime and boots System 1 fine. the display has a tiny amount of jiggle. after opening it I found that both boards are very clean. no battery installed and no battery damage, and no cap leaks with a barely cracked RIFA...

is the Kickstarter the only time to add the clear add-ons, speaker etc, or can they be purchased later?

anyone know if there's a way to adjust the tension on the stand hinge spring or have a link to a repair guide? my hinge isn't broken (i guess they do that), the monitor just won't stay standing up due to a weak hinge spring. thanks
