Recently I fully recapped the analog board and motherboard of my Mac Plus (4Mb and a 16Mhz accelrator!) and installed a BlueSCSI. I was messing around with different OS installs and suddenly it boots with error code 0F002. I've also noticed, for some reason instead of the CRT turning off...

I would have to be @Garrett is correct. If that doesn't work, another thing you could look at is the fan. Sometimes they can start to create some interference causing somewhat similar results. They get old and really loud. It's a long shot, but you never know :)

Sounds good! Hopefully there will be another run at some point in the near future :) Out of curiosity, have you ever considered making reproduction SE/30 programmer switches that use the original plastics/coloring? Or better yet, a reproduction original style case?

@vtgeargead Ah okay. On the other side of the leg coming off the flyback there looks to be some corrosion. Is one Flyback better than the other? Already bought a Console5 kit for both analog boards. Do you know if it comes with the RIFAs?
