I found this weird little mess of files on the old apple Developer archives. From what I can tell it's a sample code, any thoughts?

This sounds like the reset button or lines to this may be stuck try cleaning up the button be it compressed air or maybe lubricating it (deoxit?).

It is the same download as the Windows 95 download from what I can tell.

Well here's something neat this bad boy was $600, I found the order guide and the manual thanks to that wayback link. The software (also below) appears to be full and I just need to track down a power adapter and old school laptop and we are in business.

Actually after doing further looking that appears to be a full software version with a demo mode included. Problem is now I have to track down a cheap windows 95 or 98 laptop.
