I found an interesting technique which gives good results for flat surfaces, and more work for the rest… The small version here has a curve in the middle of the front face which doesn't help… These units received several tests though… Other options I haven't tried: painting, glossy or matte...

I suppose the iPhone cameras are color corrected in some way. Not like it'd excuse the serialization they put on the parts but eh.

@jcm-1 has one, don't remember the brand… As for apps, not sure I'd trust them… I don't have an iPhone anyway.

I'm wondering what others use as surface finish on their prints, do you leave it as-is, do you use smoothing sprays (haven't tried yet)? I experimented a bit with sanding (here on the bottom part on the right one, but I find it too matte compared to the LC case), then hot air + pushing against...

Well my PB 520c has two colors for the case, and neither is exactly the same as the PSU anyway…

Anybody already checked for a filament color match for 680xx and pre-G3 PM PowerBooks? I might soon get a RAL K7 color chart, so that might help.

Btw, did we ever get a proper match for the PowerBook grey? (well, which one, not sure there's a single one actually…) Should we make a topic for that?
